THE FINANCES

The captains has set the budget per person @ R10 000 for the Tour and will require the below payment on the applicable payments dates:

Payment 1: March 2025 – R4 000

Payment 2: June 2025 – R3 000

Payment 3: September 2025 – R3 000

Please note, that the cost of the tour is dependent on multiple factors including obtaining sponsors. The captains will pursue every option to balance cost and value in their attempt to arrange an unforgettable tour. Factors outside the captain's control might result in a 4th payment request, but such request will only be made if deemed absolutely necessary.
